In September 2003, Cynthia Storm Rouillard launched Storm Graphic Arts, a design studio specializing in graphic and web design with a focus on establishing, evolving and revitalizing its clients’ brands and marketing efforts.  Cynthia is proud to be a third generation graphic designer, following the family's long creative tradition. Harold Storm Advertising was founded in 1953 by Cynthia's Grandparents, and continued under the management of her Father, Harold Storm, Jr., who took the business over fully in the mid-1980's.

Storm Graphic Arts has been a member of the Prince William Regional Chamber of Commerce since February 2004.  In 2006 Storm Graphic Arts was honored with the Home-based Business of the Year Award, and in 2007 Cynthia was honored with the "Key Member" Chairman's Award.

In 2009 Storm Graphic Arts relocated to Colorado. Now located in the Boulder area, Cynthia continues to work with clients in Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, as well as New York and Minnesota. Storm Graphic Arts has also worked with international organizations based in France, Germany, St. Maarten, and Liberia.

Storm Graphic Arts strives to provide high-quality, full-service print and electronic graphic design services to a variety of businesses and non-profits in the Prince William area.
